ABOUT SOPARFI
Founded in 2021 by M. Ali Al-Amine, Soparfi is a private investment holding company owned by the Al-Amine family. Marked by a strong entrepreneurial spirit, M. Mohamed Al-Amine initially developed in the automotive aftermarket sector in 1965 before diversifying into agriculture, manufacturing and real estate development in the Kingdom of Morocco. After divesting the Retail and Distribution divisions in 2018, and the agro-food industry in 2021, the family business has evolved into an internationally-focused investment holding company that manages strategic interests in non-listed companies in Africa, Europe and America.
